What is iTSHOWCASE Live?

Our tried and tested format of cost effective, one-day, regional business software exhibitions, which have been providing customer-facing sales opportunities for more than 20 years.

Designed to spotlight both the established and the emerging technologies that represent essential strategic systems for business across three sectors; construction, manufacturing and distribution and service industries.

Our aim is to introduce prospective customers to potential suppliers in an environment where the emphasis is on their products rather than their marketing budgets. Time is a vital commodity, so by taking the show to the visitor, we provide exhibitors with the opportunity to meet new customers, whilst at the same time creating minimum demands on their schedule.

These days, such are the demands on executive's time that they need compelling reasons for them to attend - and the most compelling reason is a live project!

With this in mind, each delegate who registers for one of our events will be called by our customer services team to establish the nature, size and timing of their projects. THIS INFORMATION IS PROVIDED TO EXHIBITORS not just for companies who attend the event but also those who registered but are unable to.

How are the events promoted?

Behind each iTSHOWCASELIVE is a comprehensive marketing campaign. We use the latest digital marketing techniques to target the key decision-makers from within immediate and adjacent post code areas.

With more and more people choosing the internet as their preferred means of registration, our iTSHOWCASE web portal is increasingly important. That’s why we have recently invested in the latest database driven content management system. Now our exhibitors can enjoy the added value of a web presence through iTSHOWCASEONLINE.

How many visitors can we expect?

Visitor numbers will obviously vary depending on the location of each event and your particular business sector.

One thing you won't get from us is exaggerated expectations. We know how hard you have to work to find good quality software projects these days and so do you. We want you to come back time and time again, so you won't get any bull from us.

it's the number of projects we find that counts not the number of people attending. It's about WHO turns up not HOW MANY!

Opening Times

Setup starts at 8am, we open to visitors at 10am and close at 2pm. Home in time for dinner.

What's included?

Space for your own pop-up or panel display system, PC podium, and literature rack, approximately 3 metres x 2 metres of exhibition space.
A connection to a power supply.
Categorization in the event guide and online exhibition
A contact list containing detailed visitor analysis for your selected business sectors, together with those who registered but were unable to attend.
