Built into the heart of CALIQ is an enterprise-wide Activity Management system - no more post-it notes or internal emails inaccessible to other users - anything that needs doing in the business can be the subject of an Activity - ensuring that no issue raised by or action required on behalf of a customer, supplier, business partner or other team member/department is missed or forgotten. Full integration with Outlook is provided if outbound or inbound emails are exchanged associated with the Activity.

Electronic form generation and archiving is standard. An integrated Image and Document Library provides a single repository for every piece of artwork, documentation, manuals and product images across the organisation.
