Consafe Logistics envisions CRM future with Exact Software

Consafe Logistics, a multinational mobile logistics solutions provider, has signed a company-wide contract to implement Exact Software's front-office solution, Exact Synergy Enterprise. Consafe plans to use the solution to fulfill what it calls its "CRM Vision", involving all of its employees in the Customer Relationship Management process. 

"In the Consafe Logistics group, CRM is defined as support in all internal and external processes with the aim of increasing our customer focus. Our vision is that in the future we will have a CRM process that involves all employees within the Consafe Logistics group," said Mattias Hagman, Managing Director, Consafe Logistics AB.

Using the Exact Synergy Enterprise platform, Consafe can carry out all CRM processes on a central, web-based database, giving each employee self-service access to customer information according to pre-defined rights. The solution connects all employees and departments to CRM processes, raising awareness of customer needs and enabling closer, more customer-oriented collaboration.

"With Exact Synergy Enterprise, Consafe can grow into the future using a single, front-office solution to manage customers internationally, helping all employees strive toward one common goal," concluded Henk Adriaans, Sales Director EMEA.

During the implementation, the two companies will work closely together to define the scope and specifics of Consafe's CRM concept. When this concept is realized with the help of Exact Synergy Enterprise, all Consafe employees working in different areas, such as Human Resources Management, Project Management, Knowledge Management and Support will be more closely involved the group's CRM processes, able to use their individual roles to optimize the CRM focus and continually improve customer service.
