Analysis & detailing software developer strikes african partnership agreement

GRAITEC, a worldwide developer for analysis and detailing software announces a new distribution agreement with South African-based company Chempute Software. This agreement entitles Chempute Software to promote, distribute and support the Advance  Suite range of software in South Africa.

Chempute Software was established in 1986 with the objective of supplying PC-based engineering design software to the South African chemical process industries. Since then, the company has developed its range of software to cover chemical, mechanical, environmental and instrumentation engineering disciplines, as well as providing selected software in the fields of plant safety and risk analysis, CAD (plant design), chemistry, and material science.

Alexandre Tartas, GRAITEC COO, comments: "Chempute will bring to GRAITEC its knowledge and expertise of the South African market. With several partners in more African countries we can claim great results in this region. This new partnership with Chempute Software once again demonstrates GRAITEC's ambition to be a key international leader in the AEC market. "

David Wickham, Managing Director of Chempute Software, adds: "GRAITEC's Advance Suite will offer our existing database of 3D Plant Designers a highly professional solution to their structural analysis and detailing requirements.  Chempute Software is pleased to form an association with GRAITEC that will complement our existing offering, as well as to provide us with new tools to extend our market share in South Africa."
