Fairfield Mabey replaces existing contracting services solution with Summit

Chepstow based Fairfield Mabey have signed an order for £50,000 to implement the Summit 3000 with Procurement, Fixed Assets, Database modules.

Fairfield Mabey had been using a solution which was not able to address the needs of their contracting services. The support from the 3^rd party dealer meant that the knowledge for managing contracts was limited so they decided to review solutions from well known contract management suppliers who could understand their needs.

After a lengthy period of research they selected Summit 3000 as the replacement for the current system as it has all the functions that fitted their requirements. They also felt that RedSky IT understood their company best to help them manage their business better.

Summit 3000 will be used  to manage the processing of costs from initial order, GRN through to invoices. Other modules like the Fixed Asset add on will integrate the process of managing the journals direct to the nominals saving managing cumbersome spreadsheets.
