Makin Metal Powders select Kingfisher v.9 ERP

Makin Metal Powders Ltd, one of the largest manufacturers of copper and copper alloy powders in the world have selected Datawright CSL to install their latest version of Kingfisher, version 9.

Established for over 50 years and occupying a purpose-built 10,000 sqm production facility, Makin Metal Powders (a wholly owned subsidiary of US Bronze Powders Inc) are one of the largest producers of copper, copper alloy and tin powders in Europe.

MMP based in Rochdale are a truly international business, exporting over 70% to Europe, the remainder to the Far East and the USA. Their advanced and highly specialised powders provide raw material for precision components and key applications throughout the powder metallurgy, automotive friction, carbon brush, filter and various other industries.

Makin Metal Powders customers and products demand high levels of traceability. With these crucial quality standards in mind Kingfisher will manage the strict manufacturing process, as well as covering all aspects of the business needs allowing a fully integrated solution.

The Kingfisher v.9 ERP software will initially cover 22 concurrent users.
