Inventions that didn’t make the top 10 list include X Factors Jedward 2% of those polled believed they should be number one, and 8% felt that fashion accessory, Jeggings should have come in at first place.
Eve Atkins, founder of Offers Supermarket, has said: “As the concept of our website is to offer consumers the top 10 best products available at any given time, which we research for the consumer, we thought it would be interesting to know what the buying public felt the top 10 products of the past decade were."
She continues: “Some of the things in the list have changed the way we live; the Sat Nav, for example, has made travelling much easier. I am relieved that Jedward didn’t make the list, I do feel that there have been much better inventions!”
