Preactor announces complementary solution partnership with QAD

QAD’s Enterprise Applications solutions provide the functionality manufacturing companies need to manage resources and operations. Preactor APS solutions, can allow companies to improve their bottom line through lower inventory and work-in-progress levels, as well as achieving higher efficiency and better on-time delivery performance.
