Caltech to exhibit at iTSHOWCASE Live event in Leeds
Caltech have announced that it will be exhibiting at iTSHOWCASE at the Royal Armouries in Leeds City Centre on 20th April 2010.
iTSHOWCASE is a great show for IT Managers and Directors, Business Owners and other Management streams who are looking to source great suppliers. It also is a great place to network and find out what else is going on the IT industry, including updates on solutions and the way that they are being used.
Caltech will be exhibiting award winning GoldMine CRM systems from FrontRange, HEAT call logging also from FrontRange and Microsoft Dynamics CRM, or xRM.
xRM is “anything” relationship management and it focuses on the fact that the CRM systems can manage much, much more than CRM.
Phil Callaghan from Caltech stated: “Exhibiting at iT SHOWCASE, in our home city, is a great opportunity for Caltech to display the great systems that Caltech can offer and the capability the solutions will give if implemented, and used correctly. xRM is very exciting at the moment and we have several case studies to support xRM’s outputs.”
Caltech will be discussing the new features of GoldMine Premium Edition 9.0 and also showcasing Microsoft Dynamics CRM system and its functionality.
Phil Callaghan continues: “We have been implementing CRM systems since 1999 and we are able to minimize risks and maximise the use of CRM getting the best results from CRM.”
