New brochure launched for Exel's Eagle Field Service
Exel Computer Systems are pleased to announce an updated and improved brochure for our Eagle Field Service product.
The revised brochure will provide you with an excellent overview of our Eagle Field Service system including an at a glance functionality guide, core module features section and in-depth information on all of the key technology used. Our brochure retains the Exel corporate design and has been updated to include product sections for our integrated Workflow, Document Management, Customisation Toolkit and Management Reporting modules, that make our solution essential to any Field Service business.
Contained within the Eagle Field Service solution are all the relevant modules required by a service department, including quotations, maintenance contract management, call/case management, scheduling, document management, workflow, mobile data, purchasing & stock, invoicing, web self service, contract management & CRM. All this functionality is explained within the brochure to show how Eagle provides real-time information and resources to both back office and remote staff.
