Assisted Scheduling that delivers real investment future proofing
For the second year running, Exel Computer Systems plc, the leading UK based author of business management systems was exceedingly busy demonstrating its Eagle Field Service Management solution at the Service Management Exhibition. The exhibition was well attended and a lot of interest was shown on the Eagle stand, with the entire Exel team focused on showing a keen audience their Assisted Scheduling technology. Delegates at the exhibition were able to see first hand how the Eagle Assisted Scheduler uniquely combines powerful scheduling management capabilities with an intuitive user experience that intelligently assists even inexperienced users to make the correct scheduling decision, every time, first time.
Marketing Manager, Jonathan Orme described the two day event as a great success: "We have spoken to over sixty different companies that have expressed a need for a product such as Eagle Field Service. Feedback received has been consistent and indicates that companies can see the real business benefits of investing in a system that gives customers the control and flexibility that they demand and enables them to realise their ROI much quicker."
He continues: "Launching our new Assisted Scheduling functionality at SME 2010 was the ideal platform from which to show organisations with a field service or remote engineer operation the next generation of FSM scheduling combining class leading functionality with unparalleled usability."
