Asta Powerproject used by team led by Construction Manager of the Year 2010
Asta Development would like to congratulate Neil Matthias, Project Manager at Shepherd Construction on being named ‘Construction Manager of the Year 2010’ for his work on the £44.5 million development of Rockliffe Hall Hotel, Golf Course and Spa in Hurworth on Tees, Darlington, UK.
The awards, run by the UK Chartered Institute of Building, are widely recognised as the Oscars of the construction industry. The success of the project was partly attributed to exceptional planning in which Neil’s team’s use of Asta Powerproject was a key element.Neil Matthias, Project Manager for Shepherd Construction commented: “Planning was complex for Rockliffe Hall and our use of Asta Powerproject certainly supported the team’s ability to draw up precise schedules and project manage effectively and efficiently.”
