mplcontact awarded Adactus Housing Association contact centre service contract
mplcontact, the outsourced contact centre services division of Message Pad Limited, is delighted to announce that it has been awarded the contract to provide out-of-hours contact centre support to Adactus Housing Association (Adactus).
Adactus provides and manages affordable housing for rent and shared ownership in the North West of England for some 25,000 tenants. mplcontact will provide support to those tenants by managing both routine and emergency maintenance and repair requests that are made during out-of-hours periods.
mplcontact was chosen as the preferred supplier as they have the experience and resources to manage a complex service such as this along with the technical ability to integrate key business processes and the flexibility to manage changes in tenant, property and service engineer details, all required by Adactus in order to fulfil its obligations to tenants.
Alongside the tenant service, mplcontact has integrated a lone worker support facility to ensure Adactus protects their repair and maintenance engineers and meets appropriate health and safety regulations.
Chris Smith, Operations Director for Corporate Services at Adactus Housing Group, commented: "plcontact came out with the strongest tender in our rigorous procurement process. They have continued to impress us with their commitment to developing a service that is right for us and our customers. We look forward to a successful working relationship, with our customers benefiting from a professional, right-first-time service.”
Jon Meredith, Director of Sales for mplcontact, adds: “We are seeing organisations outsourcing increasingly complex contact management requirements to us, such as the Adactus out of hours call handling facility, as we are able to provide the flexibility, technology and customer service experience they need on an affordable basis. Our team is delighted to have been able to offer help and advice to Adactus as this new facility has been implemented.”
