Introducing Mobile Manager service and maintenance solution for Sage 50
JNC Construction Solutions has launched a new Smart Phone Application for Sage 50. Mobile Manager is a service and maintenance solution fully integrated with Sage 50 Accounts and Payroll, to manage, schedule and communicate with your field based workers.
It drives productivity, efficiency and visibility right through the business to unlock savings, increase profits and improve customer service. Using Mobile Manager your mobile workforce will have all the information they need at their fingertips allowing them to focus on completing jobs effectively to drive your business forward. Once a job is completed the information is fed back to the office enabling the generation of invoices to the customer faster and more accurately than before.
The system has been installed at RF Blounts an established plumbing heating and electrical company which has been servicing the Northamptonshire community for 60 years. “ We were looking for a comprehensive, easy to use mobile solution that would stream-line the communications between office and field –based staff. Mobile Manager does this, slashing the time lapse between completing a job and raising the invoice. No more lost, damaged and illegible job sheets. The information is fed back to the office instantaneously complete with the customers’ signature. All the data is stored electronically with the job, complete with service and gas safety certificate information, enabling us to easily re-create and email these documents when necessary.” Says Cindy Payne, Office Manager R F Blounts.
The profitability of each job is tracked at the click of a button using Mainentance Manager. The office database system enables incoming calls and enquiries to be recorded and new jobs allocated to each engineer. The mobile application records travel time and time on site, records the work done, enables photos to be uploaded to the office and produces customised service reports e.g. gas inspection reports.
JNC has 20 years’ experience in developing solutions for Sage 50 and is the main Sage Developer for the Construction Industry. Other products include Construction Manager 50 for contract costing, CIS Applications50 for Applications and Retention control, and CISTax 50 for subcontractor payments.
