The presentation will focus on the tangible benefits that Techsil have gained from the implementation of Access Supply Chain software solution. It will highlight the no nonsense pragmatic approach that was taken ensuring that real benefits were gained from day one of the implementation and how step changes continue to be made to the use of the system ensuring that new improvement opportunities continue to be made. The presentation will also discuses the approach taken to the original selection process for the new system and will give an insight into criteria used by T Techsil when selecting the system.

Mark joined Techsil in 1990. His background in retail and wholesale warehousing & distribution and IT allowed him to implement the companies first computerised system which gained Techsil its BS5750 accreditation. Further development of its warehousing, purchasing, HR, outside sales and internal administration departments secured Mark the position Operations Director in Jan 2007.
