e-scope Solutions Ltd, a supplier of business solutions to the automotive, electronics, plastics, aerospace and engineering manufacturing verticals, has secured a new business win with specialist door manufacturer Design & Supply Ltd in Merthyr Tydfil.

Design & Supply has placed an order for e-scope's Custom Build product, which handles the complex scheduling and product configuration inherent in the sector. The system will replace their complicated spreadsheets and manual processes which had stifled any further progress in improvement in delivery times and optimisation.

Through the integrated shop floor collection system Design & Supply have now implemented, they are able to see the impact of any new jobs issued to the shop floor and catch any discrepancies in cost overrun or time.

They were told by our competitors that they wouldn't get a solution unless they spent £60k.
