Civils was launched by New Civil Engineer in 1998 as a biennial show to highlight products and services available to the civil engineering industry.

With shows in 2000, 2002 and most recently, April 2004, there followed a number of discussions involving past exhibitors and visitors on what they wanted to get out of the show.

As a result, Civils has undergone a major re-launch. Now taking place in November 2005, and located in London, this new-look, innovative event promises the biggest showcase for professionals managing the built and natural environment.

Every aspect of the civil engineering industry will be represented at the exhibition - from major industry clients through to a range of top quality contractors and consultants.

For the first time at Civils there will be an area dedicated to the vital role that information services and technology play in civil engineering today. iTSHOWCASE@Civils is  focussed on providing essential information and product demonstrations, along with the opportunity to network, while learning how developments in information technology can help you.This presents the ideal occasion to consider your technology requirements for the years to come.
