Wholesale buying group Sugro UK have named the software and IT services provider Sanderson, as the supplier of their unique new bureau system. 

The service has been launched to provide smaller wholesalers with the opportunity to support their businesses with the market leading solution, Swords from Sanderson, without the need for individual capital investment in the software. Sugro members can subscribe to the bureau service which is hosted on resilient servers based at Sugro Head Office, and accessed via ASDL telecommunications.

The service, which has been installed by Sanderson and will be maintained by Sugro, is targeted at Delivered Wholesale and Cash & Carry operators who have a maximum of five users. Subscribers will have access to their own account on the Sanderson software. The software can be accessed any time of the day or night, supporting businesses on a 24/7 basis. Each bureau user will have their own disk space on the Sugro servers ensuring confidentiality and security. Online support services are also available providing assistance where necessary.

Philip Jenkins, Managing Director at Sugro UK explains: "The bureau system will enable smaller wholesalers to take advantage of the benefits that a market leading solution can provide; without the costs of investing in a complete system. Subscribers will benefit from a number of functions, from sales order processing and PLOF production to KPI reporting and warehouse management systems."

The Sugro bureau system is available to Delivered Wholesalers and Cash & Carry operators with a maximum of five users. A single investment of £10k provides on site training and electronic data conversion from existing software (no re-keying of data is required). Thereafter there is a monthly subscription payable to Sugro for the hosting and service support.
