Bailey Morris, a specialist prop shaft manufacturing outlet has moved to the flagship Pegasus accounting and finance solution Opera II.

Bailey Morris required a first class financial management solution for their business that could assist it in streamlining its financial and business processes, improving quality and access to key data whilst helping to maintain high levels of customer service and ensuring the company are one step ahead of its competition.

In addition, one of the company's specific requirements was to be able to enhance its sales order processing module so that they could create a stock check feature on a specific mechanical part.   Prior to the implementation of Opera II, Bailey Morris was using an excel spreadsheet to look for and record stock or part information.  This proved extremely time consuming.  Utilising Opera II means they can free up man hours and do not have the frustration of having to manually check data for customers, who up until now, have had to wait on the end of the telephone for information.
