UK CAD supplier, Excitech, has achieved Autodesk's top reseller status and has been awarded the accreditation of Autodesk Premier Solutions Partner for Building Solutions
This accreditation goes beyond simply being able to provide standard training and support
services and encompasses the reseller's ability to understand the customer's business needs, and deliver implementation and customisation services to maximise the customer's return on investment.
Autodesk Premier Solutions Providers (PSP) represent the top tier of the Autodesk Value Added Reseller (VAR) channel, and excel at implementing Autodesk solutions. To qualify for Autodesk PSP status, Excitech has demonstrated technical and industry expertise, including a strong knowledge of customers' business needs. Each qualified PSP has demonstrated the ability to meet rigorous sales, personnel, and customer service goals with dedicated staff to provide their customers with full solutions from pre- and post-sales support, to training, implementation, and customisation.
To facilitate high level support issues and help customers plan for the future utilisation of
Autodesk software, PSP's enjoy a close direct support relationship with Autodesk. This close working partnership with Autodesk is above all, aimed at helping customers maximise their return on their investment in Autodesk software solutions.
Excitech has been providing CAD solutions for over twenty years and is Autodesk's largest
reseller with more than five times more application and support specialists in the construction industries than any other reseller in the UK. Its customer services are second to none with a team of industry specialists providing consultancy and support from design and process reviews through to implementation and support - often working with the customers' project teams through implementation and process change stages. Excitech is Autodesk's largest provider of training in the UK with a team running courses across the UK in four of our own centres plus an everincreasing number of courses within customer offices.
"Being given PSP status is a recognition of our commitment to our customers", says Excitech's Managing Director, Adrian Atkinson, "this commitment is built upon our industry knowledge and understanding, with the considerable investments we make to ensure we have the resources and expertise to ensure our customers get the maximum return on their investment in design technology."
