Torex Retail, UK provider of retail technology solutions, has announced the deployment of its Edict email solution with fashion retailer, the Reiss Group
During the last eight months, Torex Retail has worked with the Reiss Group to define their EPoS and retail technology solutions. Edict was then identified as the solution to meet both the Reiss Group's communications needs and integration brief.
This highly robust and secure in-store communications solution can operate via either the EPoS, or a separate back office terminal. The complete Edict Suite of software is a Process Management and Compliance Monitoring System, designed to provide retailers with total operational visibility.
The technology provides the key to automating and remotely monitoring the compliance of all key brand standards including operating procedures and promotional execution. This results in lower costs, higher levels of compliance and a cultural shift of focus from policing the business to growing the business.
The Edict solution monitors the key tasks of the store staff, either automatically or by request. Through access to the same web-based application or through email alerts, the 'owner' of the task or compliance is able to monitor multiple outlets without the need for auditors' visits or administrative time consuming phone calls.
The Edict system will be deployed and installed by Torex Retail throughout the 45 store Reiss Group network.
