eg's Operations Management Information (MI) software is now available as a hosted solution

This means that SME's and other small users can obtain all of the performance and service benefits offered by eg's Operational Intelligence software and supporting eg principles of operational management training and development programme, without the cost and effort of implementing new software and establishing and maintaining an associated technical infrastructure.

The software is the same as that used by eg's existing worldwide client base and provides the same operational MI in terms of:

It is however provided via hosted software, which means that eg take the responsibility for set up, maintenance support, upgrade, and system availability.  The client effectively just 'plugs and plays' via the Web using a Secure Web Gateway.  Compliance with regulatory requirements relating to data security and access is assured.

Set up costs are minimised with the client choosing the level of support and training required to implement the associated methodologies and then paying an ongoing monthly processing cost which can be tailored to activity levels, numbers of users and benefit being obtained.
