Tara Costa joins Tekton as Chief Operating Officer in charge of Consultancy

Based at their Manchester HQ, Tara will play a major part of developing the business strategy and assist in the innovation of new products working with Tekton partners including Microsoft.

Originally from America, Tara has over 15 years experience within the construction sector, having worked for some of the UK's largest contractors. She brings her knowledge and experience to work with many of Tekton's clients including Skanska Wates Group, Styles and Wood, ISG Jackson and JP Group.

Commenting on the appointment, Richard Beaton, CEO of Tekton said "We are delighted that Tara has joined us.  Her role working at Board level is a reflection of her experience and all-round leadership skills, which are a resource Tekton and our clients will welcome as we continue to grow and develop.

In addition to Tara's appointment Richard Vernon, joins Tekton as Business Consultant and Volkan Atik joins as Base Account Manager.
