IMS customers enjoy hassle-free financial year-end following successful software upgrade

IMS has equipped customers of its flagship software, Uniplan, with version 7.2.2, which includes electronic copies of more end of year documents than ever before.

Version 7.2.2 enables users to import data directly from Uniplan onto the Inland Revenue's P14, P35 P45, and P46 documents, offering significant time savings for payroll departments. Its enhanced usability also includes the ability to print payslips.

Steven Kay, IMS' managing director, said: "As the Inland Revenue encourages increased online filing, it is imperative that software houses like IMS develop in parallel. Our largest users now have no choice but to make online submissions and they have regarded these latest changes to Uniplan as a necessity. We are particularly pleased to have delivered such a quick and efficient upgrade that has had little or no effect on processing staff."

Uniplan version 7.2.2 is the follow-up to the highly successful Choice edition and includes a number of improvements in all areas of the modular business systems software - not just payroll.
