RedSky IT signs off software installation phase one at Leadbitter Construction in record time 

The software product chosen by Leadbitter, a Top 50 contractor with a turnover in excess of £180 million, is the Summit 5000 Enterprise financial and operational solution, which offers true enterprise-wide financial and operational control of contracting as well as meeting industry specific demands such as CIS,  Plant, Requisitions, Valuations, CVRs and site-based management.  

The first phase of software implementation, into the accounts department, included the migration of all data from Leadbitter’s previous software solution, to Summit.  The system was required to be fully functional in time for the CIS changes in April 2007, which involved a complex and sophisticated management process. 

Phase two of the installation is to commence shortly, and on completion, will see the Summit 5000 solution providing Leadbitter with real time data, handling all stock processes and integrating core information modules.  This means there will be no repeat handling of data, which simplifies the whole process leading to significant savings for Leadbitter with a reduction in overheads and the subsequent need for less resourcing.
