Facilitas Group Ltd choses Lynx Technology to provide an outsourced IT service
Lynx Technology fought off tough competition to win a 3 year contract worth £228,000.
Facilitas Group Ltd is a modern dynamic business who specialise in property service and maintenance. In recent years Facilitas Group Ltd has experienced a rapid expansion through acquisition and organic growth.
Martin Carpenter, IT Manager at Facilitas: “Our business has ambitious growth plans, which our internal IT department could not match the demands of. We made a decision to outsource and started looking for a service provider who could offer the level of expertise, response and flexibility we required.”
The project will be split into a number of phases starting with IT infrastructure and the outsourced hosting of Active Directory and Exchange. Future phases to follow shortly afterwards will include; the hosting of a new accounting application, Microsoft Office Sharepoint Server to deliver collaborative working, a CRM application and Project Server for the management of a comprehensive programme of property maintenance.
