Helps ensure a healthy IT system
Whilst many of us have made our annual health conscious New Year resolutions, IT Company OGL is focusing on improving the health of customers’ IT systems with the launch of its new remote monitoring service. This latest addition to its suite of IT services enables OGL to proactively monitor customers’ Microsoft Windows Servers on a continuous basis, often identifying and resolving potential faults before they occur.
The threat of IT downtime is a real concern for many businesses but as Professional Services Manager Paul Colwell explains, OGL’s remote monitoring service provides peace of mind as system problems are kept to an absolute minimum: “This new service allows OGL to monitor the state of servers remotely, whilst core functions continue to take priority for business managers. Remote monitoring is ultimately aimed at ensuring business continuity for our customers by reducing the probability of servers going down and a business being left unable to operate.”
With over 30 years of expertise in providing IT solutions to small to medium sized businesses across the UK, OGL’s remote monitoring service clearly demonstrates a commitment to meeting customer needs.
Earlier last year OGL added an exclusive Knowledge Centre to its new-look website which allows both existing and potential customers to access a wealth of information on all aspects of their IT infrastructure and learn more about OGL’s products and services, including its flagship software for stockists and distributors, prof.ITplus. |
