Argonaut Systems Ltd was set up in May 2007 to develop, support and sell the BELLEROPHON Enterprise Management System, a product three years in the making.
BELLEROPHON is a comprehensive, all-encompassing ERP system which incorporates every aspect of an Enterprise in ONE package. The system is a powerful and flexible application which can fulfill the requirements of even the most complex enterprise.
In the last quarter of 2007 Argonaut Systems launched four new products into the family, the BELLEROPHON Customer Relationship Management, BELLEROPHON Human Resources – Time & Attendance, BELLEROPHON Dispatch Scheduling and BELLEROPHON Customer Services – Helpdesk. Each product can be bought within the main BELLEROPHON EMS or separately.
These new products will be on show at the first iTSHOWCASE LIVE 2008 Event at Aintree in February 2008.
In the new BELLEROPHON CRM information chases users, making sure that every task has a complete audit trail that helps plug the gaps in business process flow. Event driven alerts are fully automated for hands off process management.
With BELLEROPHON Dispatch Scheduling customers can choose their own delivery dates and the system will automatically schedule them and drive manufacturing/supply process accordingly. Forward planning of the route scheduling creates a buffer for dispatch to stay ahead of bottlenecks in delivery.
The BELLEROPHON Customer Services – Helpdesk product allows the client to completely customize the helpdesk and setup departmental specific screens.
With BELLEROPHON HR & Training the product holds live information regarding sickness and absence. Changes to staff working hours can be done on the fly and messages are within the system so staff and managers are kept up to date with the status of their departments.
The BELLEROPHON EMS system is multi currency giving maximum flexibility to customers dealing with overseas Offices/users. It is designed using the very latest Microsoft technology, is fully .NET compliant and can run on any modern windows based network environment, including Windows Vista. The mobile modules run on the latest hardware using the Windows mobile operating system.
