Vehicle tracking and mobile solutions company Masternaut Three X has acquired ICM Business Solutions, a Microsoft Gold Partner and leading UK provider of Microsoft business application software.  Masternaut Three X supported a management buyout of the business from Phoenix IT Group plc.  The new business, which will be run by the previous management team of Rod Atherton and Andrew Wilkinson, will be 100% owned by Masternaut Three X and known as Three X Business Solutions Limited.
 
ICM Business Solutions implement Microsoft business applications to the transport and logistics sector and offer a wide range of complimentary web-based software mainly focusing on Microsoft Dynamics CRM.  The deal follows the recent acquisition by Masternaut Three X of ISP Fibre City for GBP 6 million and will further boost the appeal of Masternaut Three X in the UK.
 
Established in 1978, ICM Business Solutions employs a team with over 300 years of industry knowledge including extensive experience of Microsoft’s financial, logistics, e-commerce and CRM solutions sold under the Microsoft Dynamics brand.  Masternaut Three X expects its turnover to rise to GBP 22 million in the current financial year ending August 08 and that the new business will add GBP 3 million in annual revenue together with extended software capability.
