West Midlands based MIS developers Touch Systems relocated to brand new premises in Solihull recently. The move follows a rapid growth in the Sales, Support and development teams during 2007 and also the introduction of the marketing department.

Since 2000 Touch Systems have developed Clarity Professional, a CRM / MIS system for small to medium sized organisations. With a record number of new companies implementing the software during the last quarter Clarity Professional is now being used by over 1800 users in the UK and Ireland.

Matthew Smith from Ellard Signs & Graphics explains: “Before we used Clarity Professional, we produced all of our estimates, quotes and invoices by hand. As the business grew, this method became more and more impracticable. Choosing to computerize our processes was quite a big step, but Touch Systems made it easy for us.

"We chose to use Clarity Professional because essentially, it made our lives easier by saving us time and effort. Now we can produce and print quotes in just a few clicks of the mouse, whereas before we had to write everything out. Now that we've experienced the benefits Clarity, there's no way we could go back to our original system of working."
