2014 saw the company achieve over 10% growth in its customer base with turnover also growing significantly. The company’s business model is centred on a low per-licence monthly subscription fee, with no minimum period, which has seen consistent year on year growth.
Subscriptions in India saw the most significant increase, with the customer base growing 25% in 2014.

We held our largest ever open days for existing customers, releasing 123insight version 10 at the end of 2014 to overwhelmingly positive feedback.”
