Advanced Exchequer launches app for employees on the move

Introducing mobile managerAdvanced Exchequer, a market-leading accounting and business software provider, has enhanced its product suite with the launch of eXchequer 365. The new app is designed to provide businesses with remote access to key information via the Exchequer finance system.

The app enables users to take and process orders, authorise transactions and view tailored management reports at anytime and from anywhere, helping to improve business efficiencies and productivity.

eXchequer 365 is available to new customers as part of the Exchequer product suite and is usable on most smartphones that can access Wi-Fi, 3G or 4G. Users will be able to login and see key data such as account balance, stock and ledger details and management reports regardless of the user’s location.

A key feature of this app is its ability to take orders from customers while out of the office. If the customer has any queries, the user is able to access the account information and email a statement or invoice to that customer immediately.

eXchequer 365 also enables people to create tailored management reports based on any data held in Exchequer and distribute them to the appropriate people.
