Two Saint’s vision is to significantly improve the lives of those who are homeless, vulnerable or in need of support through the provision of high quality, effective reliable housing, support and learning services.
The organisation offers services across Hampshire, West Berkshire, Poole and Oxford, providing good quality accommodation with support and resettlement services which enable clients to develop skills to break the cycle of homelessness, poverty and exclusion. Over 250 permanent and relief staff are supported by around 50 volunteers.
In recent years, Two Saints changed its housing management system to Harmonia and had undertaken a lot of work developing the product to meet the specific needs of the organisation. However they wanted to improve the quality of reporting for the senior management team and chose Insight for Housing business intelligence solution from Castle.
